Company Introduction

Founded in 1998 by Magdi Kassabgui, Reliance started off as a small cement trading business serving the industry in Egypt.
Over time, We have grown into leaders in building materials Trading & Logistics as well as Ready-Mix Concrete production and Mining. We are also proud of what we have achieved in our Waste Management activity and aspire to grow it further. We are pioneers in the net-zero transition of the cement industry through our innovative decarbonization strategy, as we actively pursue green growth avenues in the cement ecosystem and beyond.
We have also invested in the country’s key high potential sectors namely Non-Banking Financial Services, Urban Regeneration through adaptive reuse, Education and Fintech, and continue to look for opportunities to further grow in those fields.
We were awarded strategic projects by the Suez Canal Economic Zone to operate a multipurpose green port in East Port Said. We were also awarded by The Sovereign Fund of Egypt the project to turn the former Ministry of Interior into a modern sustainable mixed use development complex.
